Low cost shipping inside the U.S.A. only by Media Mail (7 to 14 days, sometimes faster but no guarantee) is $1.50 for the DVD, $1.85 for any one book, and $2.50 for any two books ordered at the same time.  Please specify "Media Mail" in your order.

Faster Shipping inside the U.S.A. by Priority Mail at additional cost:

Any one book can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. by Priority Mail for $3.85.  Both books, or two of either book,  together can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. by Priority Mail for $6.45.  The DVD can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. by Priority Mail for $2.00.  Please contact us for shipping charges for more than two books. 

A personal check or money order payable to "Vintimage, Inc." is fine for purchases made in the U.S.A.

Shipping to outside the U.S.A.:

To Canada and Overseas:  One book, or two books together, weight less than 4 pounds, and so can be shipped to Canada or overseas in 3 to 7 days by Global Priority Mail for either U.S. $7.00 or $9.00, depending on the destination country.  The shipping costs to your country can be found at www.usps.com under Shipping Rates, International Rates.  In the "Weight" boxes just enter 3 pounds, 15 ounces (for either one book or two books) since the Global Priority Mail postal charge is a flat rate for any weight from 1 ounce up to 4 pounds, 0 ounces.        

International orders must be prepaid by either an international money order, an international postal money order, a Western Union check available for pickup in Denver, Colorado, by a check drawn on a U.S. bank, or by a check drawn on a branch of a foreign bank located within in U.S.A.  Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards.
